Shipping costs do not include insurance. While we take great care in packing and shipping your order, please note that any loss or damage during transit is the responsibility of the customer.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email when your order has been shipped.
Domestic Shipping
We offer flat-rate shipping for orders within South Africa. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated at checkout. Delivery time is estimated between 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping on request. For international orders, import taxes, and duties may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact Mireille on connect@forestfibre.co.za
Confirmation and tracking your order
You will receive a confirmation email or Whatsapp message containing your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders are shipped on business days.
Shipping Delays
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, postal strikes). Should there be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Damages
Forest Fibre is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Keep the packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim
